You will operate at the intersection of strategy and practice and play an important role in further professionalizing the organization.

About the role

RMC Group is undergoing significant development. A solid HR foundation has been established over the past period, but there are still plenty of opportunities to further develop processes and policies.

As HR Manager, you will be part of the management team and, together with the Managing Director, set the direction for the HR agenda.

You will play an important role in strengthening leadership. You will support managers in their development, act as a sparring partner on personnel and organizational matters, and guide them in attracting, developing and retaining talent.

In addition, you will ensure that HR evolves alongside the organization. You will develop processes and policies and anticipate new challenges arising from the company's continued growth

What experience and skills do you bring?

You are an approachable and engaged HR professional who enjoys working collaboratively, takes initiative and recognizes what needs to be done. You are energized by the opportunity to help build an organization that is evolving.

You look beyond day-to-day HR issues and ensure that HR policies and processes develop at the right pace to support the organization's growth.

With your strong communication skills, you know how to bring people together and feel at home in a dynamic environment.

Education and experience

• You have a higher professional or university-level working and thinking capacity (HBO/WO level).

• You have extensive experience in an HR management role, preferably in an industrial, food or pharmaceutical environment.

• You have experience working in the dynamic environment of a growing organization.

• You are familiar with quality standards such as ISO certifications, ISO 13485 and/or GMP.

• You are able to independently develop and implement an HR agenda.

• You have experience with HR systems and tools.
